Job description
  1. Coordinate the recruitment and selection process, including preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
  2. Draft, review, and update employment contracts, company regulations, and other legal documents.
  3. Create and update company policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  4. Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant laws and internal policies.
  5. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  6. Manage employee records, contracts, and attendance tracking systems. 
  7. Handle HR-related reporting and documentation. 
  8. Organize and maintain administrative records, including vendor agreements and company licenses.
  9. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers. 
  10. Coordinate with relevant government bodies on employment regulations, work permits, and business licenses.
  11. Arranging business travel of employees.
  12. Assist in audits and inspections by government authorities.
  13. In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian legal system, particularly in relation to business licensing, OSS, SIINAS platform etc
  14. Support the HR team in optimizing Workday HRIS system functionalities for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and reporting.

Requirements: 
  1. Bachelor's degree in Law/ Psychology, or related field.
  2. At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Strong knowledge of recruiting practices and principles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. 
  4. Have good communication skills and are detail-oriented.
  5. Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS is good to have. 
  6. Proficient in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills. 
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in Indonesian and English).
  9. Able to work on agreed initiatives with minimal support and ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. 
  10. Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  11. Communication and Collaborative working relationship.
